DESCRIPTION:District Team Training brings together the incoming District le
 adership team to prepare for the 2027–28 Rotary year. This practical and
  collaborative program will ensure team members understand the District’
 s priorities\, their individual roles and responsibilities\, and how we wi
 ll work together to support clubs and strengthen the Rotary experience acr
 oss District 9510. The program will focus on: our shared purpose and prior
 ities for 2027–28\;  effective leadership\, governance and decision-maki
 ng\;  supporting clubs and responding to their differing needs\;  membersh
 ip growth\, engagement and retention\;  clear communication and collaborat
 ion across the District team\;  planning\, delivery and accountability\; a
 nd  building a connected\, capable and service-focused leadership team.   
 All members of the 2027–28 District team are expected to attend. Please 
 come ready to contribute your experience\, test ideas and help shape how w
 e will work together during the year ahead. Further program and venue info
