District Team Training

District Team Training brings together the incoming District leadership team to prepare for the 2027–28 Rotary year.

This practical and collaborative program will ensure team members understand the District’s priorities, their individual roles and responsibilities, and how we will work together to support clubs and strengthen the Rotary experience across District 9510.

The program will focus on:

• our shared purpose and priorities for 2027–28;

• effective leadership, governance and decision-making;

• supporting clubs and responding to their differing needs;

• membership growth, engagement and retention;

• clear communication and collaboration across the District team;

• planning, delivery and accountability; and

• building a connected, capable and service-focused leadership team.

All members of the 2027–28 District team are expected to attend. Please come ready to contribute your experience, test ideas and help shape how we will work together during the year ahead.
