Our region consists of clubs in most areas of South Australia, Alice Springs, Broken Hill and Sunraysia.

 Rotarians are "People of Action" who live and work in your community. People just like you.

 Here is information about one of the Community Projects held in April 2025.  

SHOP and SHARE 

With the current strain on households in South Australia we are committed to supporting our community, especially those facing tough times. During the month of April 2025, Rotary Clubs in the Adelaide metropolitan area joined  forces to help ease household budgets though our SHOP and SHARE project. 

 Our community helped by:

adding an extra item to their shop

dropping it off to one of our collection points

volunteering

Our charity partners then  distributed the items to those in need. Charity partners included  Women’s Safety Services, CareWorks, the Western Adelaide Domestic Violence Service, Catherine House and the Camden Community Centre. 

Collection Points

We collected donations at the following shopping centres on these dates:   

Thursday 10 April 2025 - Arkaba Village Shopping Centre

Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10, 11 & 12 April 2025 - Brickworks Marketplace

Friday and Saturday 11 & 12 April 2025 - Greenacres Shopping Centre and North Adelaide Village 

Saturday 12 April 2025 - IGA Gilbert Street Adelaide
