Constitution Templates
As you are aware, all Rotary Clubs are required to adopt a new constitution.
At the left are specific templates for each state/territory in our District.
Download the appropriate document and complete the details.
Different states/territories have different requirements for lodgement.
Constitution must be adopted at a Special General Meeting of your Club and submitted to the State/Territory Governing body for lodgement. Refer to your own By Laws regarding appropriate notice and procedures.
