Constitution Templates
As you are aware, all Rotary Clubs are required to adopt a new constitution.
At the left are specific templates for each state in our District.
Download the appropriate document and complete the details.
Different states have different requirements for lodgement.
Constitution must be adopted at a Special General Meeting of your Club and submitted to the State Governing body for lodgement. Refer to your own By Laws regarding appropriate notice and procedures.
