District Grant Application Process
2025-26

When applying for a District Grant, there are a number of steps involved

Please make sure you understand the process by reading the information on this page & completing the training module (mandatory).

Within the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) there are links to the Rotary Learning Centre which provide valuable insights.

Steps Required.

  1. Complete the online trainng module (PDF) and ensure you click the “Survey Link” to confirm your completion

  2. Complete the MOU

  3. Complete the Grant Application Form
    CLICK HERE
     
  4. If Successful, ensure the project is completed
    Ensure the project is promoted via press, social media and any other applicable means
     
  5. On Completetion - Complete the Final Report

  6. Complete the Financial Report
    CLICK HERE
