HANDLING CONFLICTS, DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
Early attention to and resolution of conflicts, disputes and complaints provides an opportunity to keep members engaged and motivated about their service, as well as an opportunity for Rotary and Rotaract Clubs to learn, and to strengthen relationships and reputation. The opposite is true when conflict is poorly managed.
The Regional Council has developed a suggested procedure for Handling Conflicts, Disputes and Complaints to assist Club’s should the need arise. A copy of this procedure is included on the left of this web page.
Club’s are reminded that their Constitution and by-laws should be consulted, as any dispute resolution processes outlined in these two governance documents will override the Regional Council’s document.
